The Workout:
This will be a 45 minute lunch-hour workout that comes to you.  We'll bring the equipment and the workout plan, you bring yourself in comfortable clothes (appropriate for the weather conditions), a yoga mat or towel and lots of water!  We'll go through a quick warmup and then a circuit workout designed to get your heart rate pumping and your muscles moving!  We will finish with a 5-minute stretch cool down, and you'll be done in just enough time to get you back to the office feeling more alert, productive ... and with a revving metabolism that's sure to last the rest of the day.
