We're taking our award winning show ... erm ...
I mean award winning workout ... on the road!

The Workout:
This will be a 45 minute lunch-hour workout that comes to you.  We'll bring the equipment and the workout plan, you bring yourself in comfortable clothes (appropriate for the weather conditions), a yoga mat or towel and lots of water!  We'll go through a quick warmup and then a circuit workout designed to get your heart rate pumping and your muscles moving!  We will finish with a 5-minute stretch cool down, and you'll be done in enough time to get you back to the office feeling more alert, productive ... and with a revving metabolism that's sure to last the rest of the day. 

The Time(s) & Location(s):
The dates and locations of these workouts will always be changing based on factors such as popularity, interest, demand and even weather conditions. The Cost: 
Each session is $11 and we encourage you to sign up a minimum of 24-hours in advance via our website.  Classes are non-refundable, but if you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will retain a credit on file for your next class.  Cash is also accepted day-of at the beginning of class.
Note: If you are a current Hamboody Strong member in good standing - you're welcome to join any of these classes at your leisure.

The Fine Print: 
We must have a minimum of 3 people registered for a class 12-hours prior to that class in order for a class to proceed. Please feel free to email us at GetFit@HamboodyStrong.com to inquire about class size.  Class sizes will be capped at 15 participants. A waiver must be signed prior to participation.
