Hamboody Strong Run Club
- 6 month walk, run-walk or run training program.
- Progressive training model that starts by training for a 5km then progresses to a 10km, then on to a half-marathon and finally a full marathon.
- Easy to implement training plan along with fun & supportive weekly group runs in Lake Balboa Park (with aid stations) provided.
- Open to all skill levels. We take sedentary individuals and make them walkers, we take walkers and make them runners and we take runners and make them faster runners!
- New training sessions begin every 3 months:
Oct 1st (registration opens Sep 15th)
Jan 1st (registration opens Dec 15th)
Apr 1st (registration opens Mar 15th)
July 1st (registration opens Jun 15th)
- Max participants per training session: 12
